How do reservation windows work, and when does my print ship?
We value complete clarity so you always know when your print is on the way.
- Founders Edition (Issue 001) ONLY: Subscribe between November 1 and December 15 for January delivery.
- Ongoing Monthly Drops: Our monthly cutoff is the 15th. Subscribe on or before the 15th to get that month’s edition; sign up after the 15th, and your first print arrives the following month.

Subscribe from Dec 16-Jan 15 to receive February Edition 2
Subscribe from Jan 16- Feb 15 to receive March Edition 3
Etc.
What exactly comes inside each monthly envelope?
Every package is built as a complete hands-on experience designed to be opened, read, and collected. Each envelope contains:
- An original 5×7 photograph shot on 35mm film and produced as postcard or greeting card on high quality materials.
- An editorial backstory/founders letter containing details about the photo's story
- Occasional rotating extra surprises, such as extra bonus prints, stickers, bookmarks and more.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. No commitments or friction. You can manage, pause, or cancel your reservation directly from your account page at any time before the 15th cutoff.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address for delivery while using your billing information. It makes a thoughtful monthly delivery for former New Yorkers, photographers, or anyone who loves the city.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide so anyone who cherishes New York can receive a piece of it each month, no matter where their mailbox is located.
